Residing on Long Island, NY she services the entire NY tri-state area for all your beauty needs. I was in need of a Makeup Artist last minute. I was very lucky that Elena was available. I had never used her in prior but gave her a shot after reviewing the pictures of her work that were posted. I was not disappointed. Not only did she do a wonderful job and exactly what I was looking for, my makeup lasted all night!!! I highly recommend Fanci Girl!!!!
