FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this business it isn’t always best to go with the bargain deal. Our prices are very competitive for the quality of work we provide. Getting something done properly the first time is far more cost effective than having to pay someone to come in and fix a poor job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rapport is key. If you are trusting me with your home then you need to be comfortable with me in all aspects. Communication is paramount, especially on larger projects that involve intricate planning. It is important to me that the customer understands exactly what is going on every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is primarily in engineering however I have been in the construction & design industry going back to my teens. Apprenticing under some very talented professionals and taking courses in the special trades molded me into a knowledgeable professional myself.
