Blue Diamond Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding this past weekend. All night the dance floor was packed and they were able to provide a good mix of music that kept all guests on the floor throughout the night. Blue Diamond was very accommodating when just three days before my original wedding date I had a medical emergency and had to reschedule. Doug was very friendly and understanding, and he did not charge me any additional fees for canceling so close to the date. When we were ready to reschedule he did not hesitate to book me for the new date with no additional costs. Blue Diamond was easy to work with and fairly priced. People have been telling me that our wedding was the most fun they have had in a long time. Thank you Blue Diamond Entertainment, I will definitely be recommending them to others.

The only good part of my experience was how accommodating Blue Diamond was with my last minute birthday party. Unfortunately the rest of my experience wasn't too great. The girl that showed up to my daughters party came late and didn't put any kind of rush on getting into the Elmo costume. Then when all the kids came in they just stood in the corner and didn't really try to get the kids (who were terrified) comfortable. I didn't expect to have her stand in the corner the entire time she was there, I thought she'd at least try to interact with the children. Then I figured because she showed up late she would stay the full half hour that we paid for but I was wrong. I am not someone who will stiff you for a tip, but I truly believe that this girl did not deserve one. I guess I just had too many expectations, especially because I've seen such great reviews on this company. Maybe it was just he person who came, but who knows. Thank you to the owner for coming so last minute! I just hope you find better people to work for you.
