Initially a good experience as he was polite and professional. However the problem was not fixed, and he stated he would immediately be available to come back to fix any issues. After two days of attempting to reach him and getting no response, I finally gave up and had to hire and another plumber to come out and fix the job. Nice guy, but left me hanging in a urgent situation.
