I will provide a breakdown of charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If Representing a buyer, I prefer to meet prior to the home search. This way all expectations are discussed and I am able to take them through through the process step by step. If Representing a seller, I travel to the house that will be going up for sale. Listen to what they want from a Realtor. I do a walk through with the seller and discuss what the best price to ask for their house. Make a plan of action with the seller.
