- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts for clients that schedule multiple cleanings. I am also reasonably flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am willing to do whatever makes the customer feel comfortable. Usually we discuss the job at hand then come to an agreement on price and schedule.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All different kinds. From families to businesses to college students.
