Introduction: After teaching for more than 26 years, I have gone back to school to become a licensed home inspector. During my 26 years of teaching, I worked in construction during the summer and even built two houses of my own. In all I can claim over forty years of construction experience in all areas of building including plumbing, electrical, roofing, foundations, etc. I have always enjoyed construction and it must run in the family because I have two sons that are both engineers.
