- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initally we set up a time for our estimator to meet with you and look at the project. We then submit an estimate by mail or email. Once the customer has agreed to the price, we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. We then schedule the work to be done. Depending on the time of year, we can schedule work to be done within 2 - 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our installers have been installing gutter for 12+ years. We are EPA and Lead safe certified.
