FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that our estimates will always be fair priced, based on the latest costbook calculators we have available to us. We will work with our customers on the costs and our final bill will never be a surprise to our customers. We will keep our customers up to date with our costs if anything changes, up or down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact our new customer to get an understanding of what they are looking for in their project, then make an appointment to visit with them to go over the specifics of their job. We will listen to what our customers dreams are for their home, give our input and suggestions before giving the customer a very detailed estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 23 years in the Fire Department, took many building construction courses related to the fire service and worked on my off days building homes from the ground up. Pouring concrete, framing, roofing, windows, doors, everything interior (flooring, cabinets, drywall, paint, lights, rough plumbing & electric). I even worked with a mason doing brick walls.
