- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is mostly driven by the amount of hours and guests expected at the base level. Additional pricing for special lighting, such as up lighting and for additional equipment for ceremony music at a different location from the reception.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what the clients' needs are for the upcoming event. Whether the client already has a vision in mind for the event or needs guidance, the objective is for the client to be able to relax and enjoy the event without the worry of details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training in sound and light production for various events from receptions.
