Thanks for getting me back to normal. I had no power on one-sided of the living room he came nice and responsive troubleshooting the problem went inside the wall fixed the wire and patch my wall smoothly just in time for my mancave football season

This service was super easy! Mark was quick to respond and service my electrical needs. We had several outlets in our kitchen not working. He came in at a reasonable amount and fixed all of the inactive outlets. I'd definitely use his services again.

Jay did an awesome job! He was extremely easy to schedule with, exceptionally responsive and made sure to confirm with us the night before the job. He replaced a number of our switches and outlets and it made our condo look so much better. We was also extremely patient with us as we underestimated the amount of work he would need to do. He made sure to explain the additional work he would need to do and was very transparent on the additional cost. We could not be happier with Jays work and the experience of working with him. Would definitely recommend him for your electrical needs!!!

Where do I begin with Mr. Marks... First off, I had 24 hours to get this job done and this was the weekend. He reached back out to me quickly and we were able to schedule and appointment SAME DAY. Not only does he have great experience, but he truly cares about his customers and getting the job done right. He communicated very effectively— even sending me his ETAs when en route to my home. Friday, he came to assess my breaker/outlet due to my lights cutting off. Within 20 minutes, he knew what the issue had been and fixed it. He was patient and even showed me what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. After, he tested to make sure everything was fine and gave me his business card just in case I had any more electrical issues. FIRST specialist on Thumbtack to do this. That evening, I noticed the my lights had cut off again. I text Mr. Marks, to advise him of the issue again. He immediately texts me back to tell me that he could come first thing Monday. When I told him I had a very short period of time to get this job done, he modified his schedule and came the next day—Saturday. Although he had been all booked, he still went above and beyond to come out again to reassess the issue. He figured out what else had triggered the issue and fixed it. Duration: < 30 minutes. My lights never cutoff. Thank you again,Mr. Marks for your level of expertise and professionalism. Highly Recommend!

Jay installed an outdoor electrical outlet for our rental home and did an outstanding job! He was very responsive from beginning to end, provided reasonable and fair pricing, and provided excellent workmanship. He also arrived 15 minutes early for the job, so very professional and punctual. I look forward to highering him for all our electrical work in the future.
