They rebuilt my 10x10 deck and staircase. Extremely punctual and awesome results. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommended!Feb 8, 2017Verified
My experience with Coble Outdoor Construction was professional and executed with great quality. They did a great job at keeping me in the loop and went above when they squeezed me into their schedule. I need a chain link wire fence ASAP; I'm going on vacation and needed a fence for my dog, so my sitter wouldn't have to worry about her. Coble made magic happened and fit me in!! They also pointed out some slight gaps due to the foundation being in the way, and went ahead and installed some wood to block any possibility of my dog escaping. Super happy with my fence and I will definitely hire/recommend them for any home outdoor construction work :)Jun 30, 2017Verified
Very professional, removed my old rotted 10x12 deck and built a beautiful, new 15x20 deck. Great experience and will hire again! Punctual, polite, and precise.Jan 5, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We price the projects based on size of job, material, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once Coble Outdoor Construction and the new customer agree to work with each other, the first step of the process is to go over the contract. We like to make sure that both parties are on the same page and that everything we both agree too is written on paper so there is no confusion in the process. This allows the customer to have a full understanding of what to expect. Once the contract is done, we then collect a deposit. The deposit covers the material cost. The third step is setting a start date that works for both parties. Size of the project will determine how long we will take to complete the job. Once the job is complete, we then do a walk through with the customer to make sure everything we agreed to was properly and professionally completed. After the walk through is completed and satisfied, final payment is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, IA with my Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. I have been working in the construction industry for over 15 years. I have employees who have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. I have done everything from concrete services for residential companies to being part of bridge crews that built new bridges on interstates for major commercial construction companies. My background in construction is very diverse.
