FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price the projects based on size of job, material, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once Coble Outdoor Construction and the new customer agree to work with each other, the first step of the process is to go over the contract. We like to make sure that both parties are on the same page and that everything we both agree too is written on paper so there is no confusion in the process. This allows the customer to have a full understanding of what to expect. Once the contract is done, we then collect a deposit. The deposit covers the material cost. The third step is setting a start date that works for both parties. Size of the project will determine how long we will take to complete the job. Once the job is complete, we then do a walk through with the customer to make sure everything we agreed to was properly and professionally completed. After the walk through is completed and satisfied, final payment is due.
