He is a reliable, knowledgeable, source of help.
Rags built my web site 'HowToDarts.com' and added my ability to sell my service 'Flight School' through it when I switched from free to pay. He has always been available.

    Absolutely EXCELLENT!
Kelly "Rags" Ragland designed my website (Dartoidsworld.com) nearly 10 years ago, after I worked with and released three previous companies. So regrettably, I know more than I'd like about poor creativity and inferior attention to detail and service. Rags to Stitches Productions is absolutely EXCELLENT in every respect - I couldn't be more pleased. I have recommended the company many times and I know first-hand that those who have taken my advice and contacted Rags have been equally satisfied. It is without any reservation that I recommend - to anyone - Rags to Stitches Productions! You will not be disappointed.

In 1996 I created a web site for my embroidery business. It received great reviews and magazine exposure, which led to a freelance opportunity in Web Design and Development that has been ongoing ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to put small businesses on the map in terms of bringing them to the world of having an online presence, and I have enjoyed working with businesses and non profits world wide on a much larger scale. Everyone has a goal, and large or small I enjoy helping them achieve those goals.

Recently I re-branded one of my own Internet projects that sells decorated apparel to dart players. The site has been a huge success in the niche market since 2006.
