Residential Cleaning - Based on square footage of the home. Deep Cleaning (Spring Cleaning) - Based on square footage of the home. Home organizing - $30/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new customer we like to be upfront about how the process works. For recurring customers, we make sure that they understand that the first cleaning may take a little longer than usual. We want to make sure that we are starting our cleanings from square one, that way our work will stand out. After we get the house up to our standards of cleanliness, each following visit will maintain the standard we have already set. We make sure that the customer is comfortable in every way. While other companies like to work while the home is vacant, we do not mind if the customer is home. We offer a variety of payment options including cash and personal check for your convenience. We tailor the products used in each home to your personal needs. We have everything from heavy duty cleaners, to softer, biodegradable products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both worked for an interior designer. Our duties included cleaning, refurnishing, and organizing condos and homes. Bryan has 6 years of cross country moving experience (packing, unpacking, loading and unloading, in house moves, home organization) and 2 years of commercial and residential cleaning experience. Melanie has 5 years of commercial and residential cleaning experience.
