- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a notification that a new customer has a need for a particular service which we happen to offer, we compile a quote in which we introduce ourselves, provide a price if one is applicable with the given information, and ask a few questions that will help us best determine what the service will entail. Communication is key and communicate with each customer in the way they prefer and find most convenient. In our experience, we have found face-to-face conversations to be the preferred type, which is fantastic. We want to meet our customers in person and define the problem as best possible - meaning we show up, determine your landscaping needs, and provide you with competitive service offers at a reasonable price. At every point in the typical process we follow when working with a new customer, we seek to effectively communicate.

We are not only technically skilled and seasoned landscapers, we are educated in communication and customer relations.
