FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of todays standards in photography & film. Although I’m always willing to work with the customer and possibly meet in the middle. I want to offer the best finished product I can to my customers withought sacrificing quality. I feel the customer should get the best they can from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial email invitation. If I send you one, I want to work with you. After a few email exchanges I usually meet with the client if they are close, or a FaceTime/Skype conversation. I really want to know who my client is to better understand what they’re looking for. I have a contract that is signed by the clients and myself. This tells me the customer is serious about working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around film my whole life and even taken some classes related to the art of film. I have worked with all different sorts of cameras from small handheld, to bigger commercial style cameras. Its getting easier with everything going digital.
