Attorney General Construction (Arcadio Gonzalez) has done high quality work at my two houses in 2012 and 2016. At the first house in Wellesley Attorney General Construction removed and replaced rotting wood around the exterior of the house, fixed ice dam damage and painted portions of the house. In each instance, the work was done to my satisfaction at a fair price. More recently in 2016 Attorney General Construction did even more work on my Natick house. This house suffered from significant water damage from ice dams and a burst pipe. In addition to the water mitigation services, Attorney General took out and replaced damaged ceilings and wood, repainted several rooms, added insulation and did several projects on the exterior of my house. While working on my walls, Arcadio noticed and pointed out to me that two large windows that another contractor installed were not put in properly which caused structural problems. Arcadio showed me exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it for me. He fixed and reinstalled the windows and did a very professional job. Much of the work that Attorney General Construction did made my house even better than it originally was. I was especially impressed by the woodwork improvements that were done for my kitchen beam! Overall, Attorney General Construction did a great job on both of my houses. If there was any part of the work that did not satisfy me originally, Arcadio made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. In addition, Attorney General was reasonable with the prices I paid for the high quality work that was done. Because of my good experiences working with Arcadio Gonzalez at Attorney General Construction, I used them for multiple projects over the years and plan to continue using them in the future. I highly recommend Attorney General Construction's quality workmanship.

Attorney General Construction did a full renovation 'rehab' of our 3 story house and a full basement removal --excellent work! Will definitely hire them again. The team was professional, we had great communication, and I appreciated Arcadio's quick response to any issues or feedback we have. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every division or trade has different prices. We use the LAMI index in Hometech software its the Labor and material prices for the state of MA. This assures the client and the contractor that the detailed work is within the clients budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All good projects start with a physical meeting at the job site, a detailed conversation so both of us have clear understanding and expectations. Followed up by a very detailed estimate providing labor and materials for every division. All this is at No Charge to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a current GC license, a HIC Registration, DE leading License, also Full Liability Insurance and workman's comp insurance. Osha Safety Certified
