Absolutely amazing! I had never heard of softwashing until my next door neighbor had it done. While they were there I spoke to the owners Dave and John (very nice guys by the way) and they explained how softwashing is more effective than power washing and also environmentally friendly (which impressed my 2 teenaged kids). I scheduled them to come out the next day to do my roof as well as my pvc fence, both of which I was planning on replacing this year due to their appearance. After about 3 hours I could not believe what I was seeing. Everything was so thoroughly cleaned, my roof and fence looked brand new. I was so impressed that I am having them back next week to do the pavers in my driveway and my pool deck. I highly recommend these guys. I will never use a power washer again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is unique to each customer, and specific equations are used for each individual surface that carries it’s own treatment. We don’t “mow” down surfaces like pressure washing does, but instead, treat and kill the source.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding exactly what they are looking for, the type of treatment that is required, and educating them on our unique and highly effective process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only SoftWash Systems Certified company on Long Island. All of our technicians have over 80 hours of classroom training and testing even before they can go out in the field to complete proficiency training. This is a highly regulated and systemized process that is in place to protect the customer and their homes.
