The cost depends on the estimated length of time the service will take to perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a diagnostic of the customer's problem for a flat $29.99. If a service is rendered we apply $20.00 of the diagnostic towards the service performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CompTia A + certification. I also have five years of Enterprise IT experience support ongoing PCs, Macs, and mobile devices. I've held a diverse number of roles and have experience resolving a wide variety of issues.
