What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Turner Stone will meet with new customers to determine exact wants and needs. We will accompany customers as they choose their stone or solid surface materials and measure their kitchens or baths to determine how much material will be needed to complete the job. A custom quote is prepared and shared with the customer. If the customer is ready to move forward, Turner Stone will schedule fabrication and installation and will work within the customer's time frame desired for project.
