We worked with Mike on two projects a few years apart. The first was a renovation of our finished basement. We had water damage due to severe winter storm. Mike installed a subfloor and then laminate on top to protect the floor from any further water issues should they arise. He also redid the ceiling and encased 2 poles with columns and built a beautiful bookcase between the new columns. A few years later, we worked with Mike on a renovation on our 2nd floor. Mike added a room above our garage (in which we put a walk in closet). He also renovated our master bath and added another bathroom as well as reconfigured space throughout the second floor. We have been very pleased with the quality of work done on both projects. We found Mike to always be responsive—he called back promptly to discuss any questions we had. Mike started the work when he said he would and kept the projects going to the best of his ability, even when materials did not arrive on time (not his fault) and was present when we needed him. Mike always made very good suggestions—particularly in ways to cut costs. This we appreciated very much! Mike was good to work with, helpful, responsive and the quality of the work was very good! We were also pleased with the subcontractors that worked with Mike, who were helpful and responsive as well. Liz

We have used Autumn Builders for 5 major jobs dating back to 2005! Mike Low has always been professional, on time and on budget - traits hard to come by today! We have had numerous compliments on his projects, the most recent being a detached two car garage in 2014. We highly recommend him and his high quality of workmanship.

Mike Low of Autumn Builders has done several major (Adding a custom addition to our house, building a three-car garage & building a barn) and smaller projects (finishing the room above the garage & general repairs) and we have always been extremely satisfied with his work. He is exceptional in his commitment to quality and detail. Examples include our custom kitchen, trim work, porches, copper plating, etc. When he built the connecting porch and walkways he surprised us with a cathedral ceiling on the porch. As an aside, his price estimates were very accurate and I think priced fairly. I can, without reservation, recommend Autumn Builders for any job, large or small. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mike for 20 years and we’ll be working together on a project again soon. Our house was built in 1875 and it is now a modern house (heat, plumbing, electricity, windows, insulation, etc.) thanks to Mike. Our house, thanks to Mike’s incomparable work, receives a ton of compliments.

After staring at a garage foundation for nearly 5 years, Autumn Builders was able to help us see our vision and execute on an amazing home addition for our family. They added a 2 car garage, new first floor family room and second floor master bed and bathroom. The quality of the work has been top notch, the timeframe was quicker than we anticipated, and the project came in at, or under, budget.
