- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has its own specific requirements in order to determine a total installed price. That's why it's very important to have a representative look at all of your options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial phone call leads to a estimate at the homeowners property. I then compose a formal proposal in an email and send it out as soon as possible. From that point my hand is in every step of the project.
