- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL of our legal document assistance services are "flat fee" based and court filing fee waivers are ALWAYS prepared at no additional cost. If you need attorney representation, use our relationships with local attorneys for a "limited scope representation" to handle your specific issue. Attorney "limited scope representation" services are ALWAYS "flat fee" based as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are fully mobile and make every effort to accommodate YOUR needs. The process in obtaining information, documents, worksheets, etc. are done via telephonic, electronic (email, text, fax, etc.) and/or in-person (e.g. Starbucks, your residence, and/or any other mutually agreeable location). We are also available "after hours" and weekends. Just let us know when and where you'd like to meet and we'll make it happen.
