- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be sensitive to the client. Each one is so different and has different means. I customize my pricing based on the client as what motivates me is helping the most I can in a given week. My pricing is affordable and well worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to sit down with my customers over a cup of coffee and talk, get to know them and take an interest in their business. I like to know if the person across from the table is a true "learner" or not. Next I conduct an assessment of their team members, product and process flow. After a careful analysis of the business process, I can start making some recommendations. This is where the fun part begins! If you are not having fun-its not worth doing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm finishing my fourth degree in engineering from MSOE. I have degrees in business-marketing, Spanish and automotive technology. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I have Master-Level credits with Harley-Davidson University. I'm a teacher/facilitator/manager/motivator at heart with a lot of passion for people!
