- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a dialogue about the client and his/her food tastes. I ask the usual questions about allergies, etc., but I also ask random questions to try and pry out what someone might not realize that they either love or despise. Then it's time to talk menu options and prices.

Culinary Arts degree
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Graduated from Culinary school and didn't want the crazy hours that the restaurant business requires.
