- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cases on a contingency fee basis, which means we don't get paid unless your case is successful. That's great for two reasons. First, you never need to doubt that we are 100% motivated to win your case. Second, you don't pay a single cent out of pocket. Basically, when we win your case, the insurance companies pay our bills as well as your own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We warmly invite all new clients to our Pennsauken offices to speak with one of our partners about their case. We then explain the in's and out's of the litigation process and discuss what steps will get the ball rolling.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, our firm was responsible for an appellate decision that overturned years of precedent in New Jersey law - no mean feat! Previously, were you to suffer a motor vehicle accident caused by another driver's negligence, YOUR medical insurance would held accountable for your medical expenses. Not only that, but you would be barred from recovering those medical expenses from the from the guilty party's insurance! We thought that was completely unfair. And now the state of New Jersey thinks so, too.
