This business schedules me for a sprinkler repair, just TWO days out, IN WRITING, for a specific date and time (as most schedulings should be). The day comes for the repair, and just 30 mins prior to the scheduled repair, the business informs me that they are "sorry for inconvenience," but can't make it because they had their days messed up.
Since I had taken off work early and driven nearly an hour home to meet them, I was fairly upset, but figured they would reason with me like any good business would. They would not make an exception to come out later in the day, and they would not provide even a $5 discount to reschedule with them.
I am rating this 1-star because the reason for not making their commitment was terrible, the way I was treated was terrible, and their attempt to make it right was terrible. I can only imagine that if I had actually let them attempt to fix my sprinklers, the work would be terrible as well.
Do not hire this business.

Was very nice except the fact some of the sprinkler heads don't cover all that needs watering. Some heads were replaced and that helped. Good price.
