- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask: how many years they have been playing? What technique did they begin with, if any? ( books on studies, etudes, what scales, how many octaves) What level is their music reading? What pieces have they played already? What pieces seem difficult? What would you like to play? How much are you willing to put in a day to practicing? And then we set up our first lesson! For pet sitting: I love to set up a time to meet the customer and animal(s) and ask a bunch of questions! I like to ask what the pet does and does not enjoy when handling them? Where does the animal like/dislike to be pet? Is there a particular path do you prefer I take for dog walking? What/how much food to give to the pet Where to throw out the litter?
