Tim was absolutely incredible when my central AC went down on one of the hottest days of the summer. He came over same day and analyzed the situation and came back the very next day with the parts to fix the unit. It's an old unit and not typically easy to get parts anymore. Within 15 minutes of his arrival the central AC unit was humming along and the house was cooling off! Psyched!! He even carried a floor AC up three flights of stairs for me so that the wife would be cool that night and we all know that keeping the wife happy is job 1! His pricing was amazing and the service was even more amazing. I have a friend for life now. Great guy, professional, and cares about his customers. All providers should conduct themselves like Tim. Thank you for great service!!

Tim deserves 6 stars. As new Homeowners, we really appreciated that he spoke about his credentials, what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Before he did anything, he asked questions and really listened. He wanted to make sure that we achieved what we were really looking to accomplish overall.
