- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Today, most people want help either with a transnational item such as a 401(k) rollover of which we discuss the best way for you that fees are charged. Regarding financial planning we have fees based upon the complexity of the work. We offer a sliding scale for those that could use the help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to meet over coffee first and have a casual conversation. This getting to know each other time is so important. We listen to hear your goals and concerns, provide some initial thoughts and offer to help if appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the financial services industry almost 20 years. Over that time I have completed advanced studies in finance, obtained necessary licenses as well as qualifications.
