- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Realtor pricing is based on the list price of the property. I charge a 5% listing fee, however will discount that rate to 4% should I procure the buyer directly without the support of a co-broker. In addition I routinely rebate back to my seller and my buyers .2% of the sale price toward closing costs. As a buyer my services are free as the seller always pays the Realtor fees in a real estate transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every buyer and seller is different, but the most important thing to do is to establish the clients objective, on a deeper level that to sell a property at the highest price, or to buy a property at the cheapest price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent through the state of Florida, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Space Coast Realtor Association and local Space Coast MLS.
