- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to charge a monthly retainer. However, we can charge on a per meeting or hourly basis depending on the clients needs and term of contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically interview our customers. This is done so we know exactly what your business needs are, to insure that there is no conflict with existing clients, and to also ensure we are compatible partners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our President has many years of experience working in the local government arena. He has served as a boardmember or committeemember for various Chambers of Commerce across the Phoenix metro area, and understands the issues facing businesses.
