- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate pricing structure, so you are not paying more money for a technician that is working slow or having difficulties with getting a repair completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to a customer's home to evaluate the issue and quote a price in writing up front before any work is done so there are no surprises on the cost of repairs at the end of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Associate's Degree in Refrigeration in 1992, I am NATE certified in heating and air conditioning in both service and installation, I am a member ACCA, and hold multiple licenses in Colorado and Arizona. I have a been through vast amounts of factory training through multiple manufacturers and have 27 years of field experience in the HVAC industry.
