What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to allow for the time to really listen to the clients want's & needs. My years of color and haircutting experience allows me to read between the lines so that i may offer my expert opinion & service for the best end result.While co creating the most flattering color & hair cut working with the clients ,face shape, texture of hair & skin and eye color. This allows for the most natural result with lowest maintenance.However if a client want bold reds or platinum blondes or dramatic hi lights this is also a joy to create. This will be a commitment for the client to maintain regularly coloring for the best result. All of these factors are considered during the consultation. Time,maintenance, budget, & the clients desired result.

20 years Self employed business owner. Cosmetologist, color,expert, Aesthetician Advanced certifications In color science theory and i have taught to other hairdress Med grade Aesthetician, Chemical peels, Facials, Brow & lip waxing Advanced certifications in chemical peels , microderm.
