- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will always beat big names like best buy (geek squad), office depot, pc tune ups, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will contact me when they're having an issue. They will do their best to describe it to me and give me their location so i can head over to them and diagnose the issue further. Once I diagnose it i can offer a solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with computers most of my life. I worked for some bigger companies and realized that I'd rather be my own boss and not take advantage of employees or customers.
