I started this business after realizing that the big corporations are taking advantage of people and overcharging them when they bring in their laptop or desktop for repairs. I wanted to save people time and money and with my business i can do just that. We will come directly to you which will save you time and we beat all the big name competition. Another thing i realized is that the big name companies have staff that really isn't qualified to be working on a PC with your personal information on it. My technicians are all qualified and experienced.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will always beat big names like best buy (geek squad), office depot, pc tune ups, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will contact me when they're having an issue. They will do their best to describe it to me and give me their location so i can head over to them and diagnose the issue further. Once I diagnose it i can offer a solution.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with computers most of my life. I worked for some bigger companies and realized that I'd rather be my own boss and not take advantage of employees or customers.
