I have used Eric on lots of different occasions. He has replaced water heaters, installed railings and flooring and many other jobs over the past year. He is a hard "get 'er done" contractor and was not happy unless I was satisfied! Hard to find these days. Thanks, Eric!!!

My pricing varies from job to job. Usual handyman type work is $50.00 for the first hour then $30.00 an hour after that.

I like to meet face to face to discuss new project or job. That way I get all the details to job the way you want it.
