- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we work with a flat rate system. we don't charge hourly, this way I can give you an exact quote before work begins. If the work takes longer than expected, your price does not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process for working with a new customer is to come in, evaluate the scope of the work. then give an estimate before any work begins. if the customer wishes to obtain other quotes before agreeing to proceed with us, that is fine. we honor all of our proposals for 90 days. this allows you, the customer to make an educated decision on who you hire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a n.j. licensed master plumber. I also hold licenses in hvac,refrigerator and contracting. I am also college educated.
