- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Bid price is different according to the ease or difficulty. We use and nationally recognized project planner. The prices are based per Zip Code and your local area. These programs take into effect the cost of supplies in your local area, the local economy and wage typically in your local area. So our bids really are customized for the fair price and quality of the area where your project located.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact by phone to get a list of details, meet in person quickly to nail down the customers needs and desires. Negotiate the bid process with the customer so they are included in the product of the final bid. Changes to the project are clearly explained and all parties are in agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are comprehensive builder and our team has members with 25 , 14, 11,10 and 5 years (respectively) of experience in building construction , Master Carpentry, certified electrician, Cement and rock work including staining and stamping, MSHA qualified heavy equipment operator for ground and dirt construction, Experienced 10 year painter and trim cabinet finisher.
