- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a lot of questions to really understand what my customers want. I try not to make quick assumptions which could lead everyone down the wrong path. Clear communication is really important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I often rely on the education I received at Carnegie Mellon University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. Creating efficiencies using technology is vital in my work especially as it relates to online marketing of properties. Also, I am regularly taking continuing education courses which keep me up to speed on changing laws and practices.
