FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we walk into the home for the first time for an air conditioning replacement estimate we do a full inspection of the equipment, ductwork and home. We revise the ductwork for leaks and loose connections for proper air flow. We do a heat load calculation to measure the amount of heat that the home gains throughout the day for proper sizing of equipment. We check equipment for condition and refrigerant type, plus to see if everything's up to code or if some material might be needed. We explain our company story, the process for the installation and we give all our options transparently so that the customer can make the right decision for them and their family. For a service estimate our technicians will diagnose the system to find the problem and also give transparent options to repair the unit. Regardless, our customers will receive the best treatment and service always.
