I'm certified for nearly a decade through: NASM IKFF - Kettlebell Coach TRX TRX Group Certification I also have developed very specific techniques to help you become the best version of yourself physically possible. I also hold certifications as: Master NLP Practitioner Life Coach Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach Motivational Coach
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been doing personal training and physical rehabilitation for nearly a decade helping people become the best versions of themselves possible physically - even after traumatic injuries or limited mobility. I was integrating a lot of life coaching tools and positive psychology into the rehabilitation and training sessions already. Moving into life coaching was a natural progression and it is what I was made to do. I love helping people become the best version of themselves mentally and emotionally as well as physically.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all age ranges and needs from16 year old makes to 83 year old former athletes. The skills I posses are adaptable to service any client I have the privilege of training. I specialize in strengthening the body from the inside out. Someone who has amazing stability can accomplish anything they desire in life - whether that is looking amazing at the beach or driving the golf ball an extra 30 yards at will. It all hinges on being strong and stable in the core and from head to toe.
