- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only work with leaders who are committed to transforming themselves through coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally begin with a discovery/intake session to learn more about your leadership or life coaching needs. From there we will both asses fit and if it makes sense to work together depending on how much chemistry we have between coach and coachee. Once that is established we begin bi-monthly 1 hour coaching sessions. The coaching program will have a contract, objectives and a beginning and end date. After the first session I will give you an idea of how many sessions you will need and the approach that I think makes the most sense for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both an MBA from Babson College and an BA in Anthropology from Columbia University. I have worked both in corporate and nonprofit sectors for large multinational and global organizations. My leadership training was very hands on and as I worked for two leadership companies directly after receiving my MBA. I supported the coaching programs of high level executives working at fortune 100 companies in the transportation, retail and oil & gas industries. I have certification in several leadership assessment tools. I have developed my own coaching and leadership development method.
