We had Yeoman Farms trim our Black Olive and Palm Trees. He removed some old landscaping we had in our yard. They were extremely professional and very well priced. I was very impressed with their knowledge and care of our property.

Jacob came to give a estimate on a wall of Areca Palms in my backyard. Price was very fair and I hired him to do the work. He was on time with a great team, they all worked so hard, polite I am really pleased. My back yard wall look AMAZING ! I am extremely happy and grateful.

Jacob, owner of Yeoman arrived on time assessed the job of tree trimming branches, was pleasant, professional, efficient and completed the job in good time, carefully. I was impressed with his knowledge and suggestions that I asked about some landscaping and tree revival on my property. I asked him back and he arrived another day, landscaped and revived 4 trees for me that were looking bad. I am very pleased with his service and discussed with him about returning to do more landscaping. His follow-through and personality are extremely respectful and prices fair and reasonable; I highly recommend Jacob of Yeoman Farms.

Jacob came November, Monday 14 to see the tree to be pruned and gave me an estimate ($65.00 an hour) and a date to do the job: tomorrow Tuesday 22. Today Monday 21 he cancelled the appointment for tomorrow. Reason: he decided he didn't want to do it. I told him this is not good business practice. I have to look for somebody else and I lost a week.

Hi Esther, I am sorry that we were not able to work together this time. After coming by for the quote, we didn't seem to come to a comfortable agreement in budget. With your expected budget being lower then my current prices, I felt like we weren't the best match for each other and I wanted you to have the best experience possible. I honestly felt you finding another professional to complete your job would be in your best interest.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since landscape work and tree work can be so variable I do not have a standard pricing system. We have to take into account the ground being dug in, sometimes coral rock, which can also have electric or water running through it, the size of the plant, and the equipment needed for the job. Tree work estimates have to include what hazards might be in or around the tree, tree size, wood density, and various other factors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA Certified Arborist, which is a certification obtained by having a number of documented years in the field and by passing a certification exam. An ISA Certified Arborist is a tree care professional, knowledgeable about pruning, planting, and general tree care.
