- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $20 per hour, which equals to $20 per page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, whether it be through email or phone, I send them my resume so that they can see my qualifications. Once they have reviewed it and like my experience and contact me, I discuss with them their needs for the project. If they would like to meet me in person, I travel to their office or home for a meeting. Then, I begin to work from home or onsite, depending on the customers needs. During the working process, I keep the customer updated on my progress. Once the project is completed, I send it to the customer for their review and revisions. I offer unlimited revisions until the customer is happy with the outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Communications/Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami. I graduated in 1992.
