- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because All projects are different we don't feel comfortable having a set rate for our work that is why we will gladly come out and see the job in person and issue an official estimate and price quote to ensure that our customer gets the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site meeting with the customer and providing all of our credentials and some photos of passed work similar to that customers project to assure our customers that they're dealing with the right contractor for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned form the best teacher I know my dad I have been in the construction industry all my life it's the only line of work I know and all of my employees and technicians are well experienced craftsman that hold the same values and standards that I believe in that customer service and quality materials is our number one priority for a job well done.
