- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing because every job is unique in its own way so I always like to go see what it is the customer wants to have done in person so that I can give them exact pricing. I wouldn't want to overcharge my customers, we are reasonable and we try our best to work around our clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we initially speak on the phone on what it is that the customer needs done, next I go to the customers home to give them an estimate and if happy we require a down payment and we then start your project as soon as scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have a lot of training, we’ve been specializing in what we do for years now. All of my installers are licensed. Practice makes perfect!
