- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality equals value, our quotes are broken down by item so you know what you are paying for and how much. Some times there is room for negotiation, some times not, keep in mind, our detailed itemized estimate is valued as a whole with all items combined, if you add more work to existing project, you will get better rates, and returning clients also get better rates and some times discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like the one-one interaction with a potential client, you can tell a lot about a person on a five minute introduction, before starting any project to get to know my new clients is very important, have my clients get to know me it is a must. I am the kind of person that sees a great value the good old hand shake.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an international student at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon in 1990, I had the blessing to leaved next door to one of my Construction Mentors. As I put my self through school he gave a part time job as his helper, it turned out I had much better skills as a builder than a P. E. Teacher, that result in me acquiring my first Construction License as "Paulo Correa Construction" on the State of Oregon in 1993.
