- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is generally $100.00 USD per unit per month. The price can decrease for owners with multiple properties. This would include free leasing, free limited basic maintenance, a customer service phone line, tenant screening, inspections, visits to the unit for any reason, and any other aspects of your rental business that require attention.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We would like to meet with new clients and look forward to working with them for years.
