FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge $35.00 for every 30 minute swim session, and all lessons are purchased in packages of at least ten lessons (this is because experience has shown that students need at least ten lessons to master basic swimming, though this can vary with each student). I also offer packages for multiple students (e.g. if a parent wants to pay for two children to learn how to swim) as well as payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1). Initial communication: If you are interested in working with me, or in learning more about me as an instructor, please feel free to give me a call or send me a message to begin the process of settin up or learning more about swim lessons. 2). Details: We will discuss what you are looking for in terms of lessons, important information about your child, the frequency of the lessons, location, pricing, and a basic overview of what the lessons will consist of. 3). Scheduling: We will establish a steady schedule for the lessons and method of payment. 4). Lessons begin!
